| Custom Home Addition - Kings Point Drive, Largo, FL |
| This project was originally started by a less experienced contractor, but ground to a halt as the EXTREME complexity of the task became apparent. From trying to match imported custom Japanese roof tile to the engineering puzzle of making SEVEN different roof lines come together flawlessly, on a difficulty scale of 1-10, this 2,000 square foot addition is a 9. Fortunately, Symbetheri was able to take over the project. After making significant changes to the blueprints, we were able to make this "Grand Ballroom" as magnificent as it can be! During your project, we will be there through all the phases of construction, from inspections and daily supervision, to the decorating and final finishing touches.
