Mr. Ernest Utegaard, Executive Vice President
Ernest Utegaard joined his brother Tony in the family business in
2006, lending his expertise and assistance to take the company to
the next level of growth and expand Symbetheri Inc to the entire
State of Florida.

A degreed accountant with 7 years of construction management
experience and a Florida state builders license, Ernest also serves
as Chief Financial Officer for Symbetheri, Inc and it's subsidiaries.

Like Tony, Ernest desires to see Symbetheri succeed         
and set a new standard for building and general            
contractors and developers.           

Ernest and Susan, his wife of 2 years, live in               
Clearwater and have a son, Sebastian.
